Our in-house services allow us to maintain strict quality control while passing the cost benefits to you. You can also add more life to your tool by having us use our state-of-the-art Gerber CNC router to specifically create your tool inside a strict +/- .005 of an inch tolerance. Included with our hands-on craftsmanship, we also utilize the “Multi Bend System” allowing us to manufacture working dies in a much more efficient manner. For larger multi-phase projects, our Gerber rule processor will duplicate tooling bends to assure accurate and precise specifications on duplicate dies. Our ISO 9001 Certification is proof of our standards of excellence in producing quality tooling.

With our vast knowledge of materials and our master die maker can create the die cutting tool for your specific needs, while maintaining tight tolerance of +/-.005”.

Our automated bender allows PDC to create multiple duplicate images to exact dimensions.(exacting standards)?

Weather you require a die 2” high or .918 high, PDC has you covered.
