Custom Screen Printing and Pad Printing
At Precision Die Cutting, Inc., also known as PDC, you will find our printing expertise is available for a wide variety of projects including those necessitating clean room requirements. From Point-of-Purchase Displays, Golf Balls, Banners, and Front Panels, our Screen Printing, Pad Printing, and Large Format Printing facilities allow us to customize your printing needs.
Our screen printing and pad printing machinery along with our expert tradesmen allows Precision Die Cutting, Inc. to accommodate a variety of printing jobs on some of the most difficult and sensitive materials.
Pad Printing
With over 20 years of experience, pad printing from a wide variety of injection molded, and vacuum formed containers and housings, silicone rubber key pads, machined dental tools, point of purchase products, down to as simple as a golf ball.
Over the years, we have learned how to get good adhesion to materials, other pad printers wouldn’t even attempt. From low surface energy materials, such as Acetal/Celcon, Polypro, Polyethylene, to soft flexible materials, like Silicone, Santoprene rubber, and latex materials.
We offer up to four colors, with color matching to PMS colors an option as well.
Screen Printing
Our automated Saturn screen printing press, allows us to print up to 38” x 25” and up to 7 spot colors. But we are best known for our small custom lens, and overlay printing for industries such as, Aerospace, Automotive, Medical, Marketing, and high end products. Just send us your artwork file, and we will create the film, supply and set up the screen, and print to a PMS color, or custom color match to your specifications. We prefer UV inks, but offer solvent ink printing as well.
Either you may supply the material, or we work with all the paper, and plastic distributors, and are able to source the materials for you.

With in-house laminating, bindery, tooling, and die cutting, we can customize your product’s development to not only reduce cost, but also maintain a +/- .005 inch tolerance.
