Die Cutting

Precision Die Cutting, Inc., nickname PDC, utilizes all of our in-house services to provide you with a low-cost alternative by producing a vast arrangement of die cut parts to suit your needs.  Because we have Laminating, Printing, Tooling, Die cutting, and materials storage facilities, we are able to produce your finished product or prototype within our ISO Standards of Excellence. From PDC hand operated presses to our in-house Gerber CNC router, we can die cut close tolerance parts, high volume needs, and prototyping at a fraction of the cost of the “Old Fashioned” methods. Your die cut parts will also be ready for your testing and sampling needs in a timely fashion.

PDC also offers one of the largest die cutting tools in the region, our large bed press, which allows us to meet fulfillments as large as 105″ by 144″.  Our knowledge of materials such as Corkprene, Sintra, Nomex, Embossed Lexan Keypads, Rubber, Foam Core, Mylar, Gator Board, Foils, EMI Shielding, RFI Shielding and Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, to name a few, allows us to maintain close tolerance production even for the most intricate of jobs. Our 105” x 144” large bed press is the perfect choice for Point of Purchase displays.   

CNC Routing

PDC die cuts a great deal of plastics, mainly thermos plastics, but had many request for parts from thermoset plastics. These materials are unable to be die cut, so we purchased a 5’ x 10’ bed Colex CNC router, that also knife cuts, paper, cardboard, and a number of plastic materials, and is set up with a laser eye for printed materials, for those graphic projects, requiring perfect registration cuts. This machine allows us to route most materials up to 2” thick, and even up to 3” thick on certain materials, such as Gatorboard, Precision board, and like materials.

This is a great addition to our services, allowing us to do small run, or prototype projects, saving you the cost of expensive tools, and costly press set up charges.
